Marona continuously watches your policy sources, detects changes the moment they happen, and instantly broadcasts a clear summary to your entire organization through Email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, your CRM, or any of the 8,000+ platforms Younet integrates with.

This guide walks you through building that automation from scratch — in under 10 minutes.

Prerequisites

Make sure the following are ready before you start:

• ✅ An active Younet profile at portal.younet.ai
• ✅ At least one AI Agent that has been created and trained on your business context
• ✅ Access to the TasksCloud / Orchestration dashboard (available on any Marona subscription plan)
• ✅ A list of the policy sources you want tracked (public URLs, internal documents, cloud folders, or database APIs)

Step 1: Open the TasksCloud Orchestrator

1.    Sign in to your workspace at portal.younet.ai

2.    From the left-side navigation menu, click "TasksCloud"

3.    You'll land on the TasksCloud board — the mission control for every automated AI task in your workspace

4.    At the bottom of the board you'll see the Orchestration input bar. This is where you describe your automation to Marona in plain, everyday language — no code required

Step 2: Tell Marona Which Policies to Track (and Where to Find Them)

In the Orchestration input bar, describe exactly which policies to monitor and where they live online. The more precise you are, the more accurately Marona and your AI Agent will pull the right information.
